1/12 scale model of Tamiya, 4 months of work approximately, in this model I have introduced as a novelty, the drilling of the front and rear brake discs, I have made a greater use of polyurethane resins instead of UHS lacquers, and I have highlighted some details of the model, such as the rivets of the fairings and the front screen, with chrome rivets and decals of non-original screws from the kit.
I have modified the decals on the sides, giving an appearance more similar to the decoration of the later model (996), the rims or wheels were painted adding white with a violet effect and transoxide red on a gold base, to differentiate the different golden tones discs and front forks.
With the exception of the tank cap and the fork posts, the fit of the model is very good and does not give any assembly problems, the Italian red color of the bodywork is water-based from the manufacturer Glasurit. The lacquer is Lechler UHS, and the rim paints belong to the solvent-based color range of (Mulsanne).
